Another women’s boutique, Scout & Molly’s, opening on Park Ave. in spring
Scout & Molly’s is the newest women’s boutique headed to the Park Avenue shopping district.
The Raliegh, N.C. -based women’s apparel store will open in April in the popular Winter Park shopping area.
“Scout and Molly’s is a store that’s supposed to be an experience,” said franchise owner Liz Andert. “It’s welcoming and inviting to every customer to find those brands and styles that you love.”
Park Avenue has one of the area’s largest collections of boutiques, and Andert said the high-profile district can only help her new business.
“This space allows for what I call maxing my moments of bliss,” said Andert, who moved to the area in 2013 with her husband and left a job in marketing. “It’s fun being in a space like Park Avenue that lets you spend so much time outdoors.”
Scout & Molly’s has opened four stores in the Carolinas since 2002. The Winter Park store is the first of five new Scout & Molly’s opening nationwide in the next few months, including one in Boca Raton.
The store is at 346 N. Park Ave., a spot formerly occupied by Ten Thousand Villages.
Ten Thousand Villages recently moved into a spot across the street.
