The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a knack for organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves a mix of visual merchandising, selling, clienteling and social media marketing, with a focus on providing outstanding client service.<\/span><\/p>

Preferred Skill Sets:<\/i><\/b><\/p>

  • Previous experience working on the selling floor in a retail environment preferably in a boutique or fashion setting.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques and best practices to create attractive and effective product displays.<\/span><\/li>
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.<\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/span><\/li>

    Key Responsibilities:<\/i><\/b><\/p>

    • Merchandising:<\/b> Create visually appealing product displays and ensure that all merchandise is arranged according to store standards. Regularly update displays to highlight new arrivals and seasonal trends.<\/span><\/li>
    • Selling:<\/b> Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide personalized fashion advice. Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge.<\/span><\/li>
    • Clienteling:<\/b> Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized shopping experiences. Follow up with clients to inform them of new arrivals, promotions, and special events.<\/span><\/li>
    • Social Media Marketing:<\/b> Assist with the development and execution of social media campaigns. Create engaging content, including posts and stories, to promote products and events.<\/span><\/li>
    • Client Outreach:<\/b> Reach out to clients via phone, text, email, or social media to inform them about exclusive offers, upcoming sales, and new product launches.<\/span><\/li>
    • Store Maintenance:<\/b> Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Ensure fitting rooms are tidy and merchandise is arranged neatly.<\/span><\/li>
    • Team Collaboration:<\/b> Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment. Provide support to colleagues as needed and participate in team meetings.<\/span><\/li>
    • Multitasking:<\/b> Efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities, including managing transactions, assisting customers, and restocking merchandise, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.<\/span><\/li>
