In addition to serving as CEO of Scout & Molly’s, Ed is the CEO of 76 FENCE, one of the fastest growing, multi-unit home services franchise systems. Ed believes that the foundation of a successful franchisor-franchisee partnership lies in shared goals and transparent communication.

Outside of work, Ed is a proud dad of three, a dog lover, and a lifelong fitness fan who enjoys hiking, biking, and training. He is also a 9th-degree Grandmaster in karate who lives by his favorite quote from Invictus: “Never give up.”
