John Simon brings more than 40 years of senior management and franchise operations experience, which includes extensive skill in budgeting, finance, data analyzation & profitability. He served as a senior executive with Mailboxes Etc., which was eventually sold to UPS, Maaco Auto Painting and Tyco Inc. John is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of Scout & Molly’s franchise operations, including budgeting, store performance, and vendor and franchise relationships.
