I’m the Franchise Launch Manager at Scout & Molly’s, where I lead new franchise owners through onboarding, training, and their first 60 days in business. My focus is on building a strong foundation, guiding franchise partners through system setup, budgeting, and operational expectations to ensure a smooth and successful launch.

With seven years of experience in franchise support roles, I take a practical, hands-on approach to helping owners navigate early growth, reinforce processes, and reach key milestones. I’m known for simplifying complex processes so franchisees can focus on what matters most.

I’m passionate about creating structure, building early momentum, and helping franchise owners feel confident as they grow their business.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and going on hikes with my dog, Archie.
