STYLIST
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Stylist to join our Deerfield team. The right candidate is passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and thrives in a retail environment. This role combines styling, visual merchandising, sales, client relations, and social media support — all with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Previous retail or boutique experience, especially on the sales floor
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and creating impactful displays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Merchandising: Create and update product displays that highlight new arrivals and seasonal trends.
- Sales & Styling: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong connections by providing personalized service and promptly following up on new arrivals, promotions, and events.
- Social Media & Marketing: Support campaigns by creating engaging posts, stories, and outreach to clients.
- Store Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to reach store goals and ensure a positive atmosphere.
- Multitasking: Confidently juggle a variety of responsibilities, from processing transactions and assisting customers to restocking merchandise, all while delivering accurate and attentive service.
- Adaptability: Embrace changes in store operations, promotions, and merchandise with ease. Remain flexible and open to taking on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
